| EASY HONEY ICE MILK - This is a family Favorite! | |
|
INGREDIENTS: 1 cup half and half 2 trays of ice cubes 1/2 cup honey 2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract 1/2 cup Fresh or frozen fruit of your choice (adjust to taste) (works well with frozen berries) |
In a blender, combine all ingredients. Whirr on high speed til blended. Let sit a few minutes so mixture can set. If mixture looks too runny, you can either add more ice and whirr again, or place container in your freezer for 20 minutes. This mixture can be pre-made and frozen ahead of time --- however, it has a tendency to form ice crystals , so I like to take it out and stir it a few times as it is freezing, before I let it freeze completely. Yield: 4 servings |
