Honey Bees are one of the most important insects on our beautiful planet!  They are gentle, industrious, hard-working, caring, attentive and logical.  Nothing a honey bee does is frivolous or without reason.

Vitamin B5, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Pantothenic Acid, Calcium, Copper, Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, Phosphorus, Potassium, Sodium, Zinc and several different amino acids have been found in honey.  All of this means that using honey every day makes good nutritional sense!
