Herbs have been used to treat what ails us for centuries - they are nature's cleansers, healers, soothers and antibiotics. Cinnamon is not only a delightful additive to foods and baked goods, it is one of Nature's most powerful antiseptics, capable of killing bacteria, fungi and viruses.
