The connection between diet/nutrition and cancer
is astounding. I hope I can shed some light on it for you and perhaps
point you in the right direction.
A healthy anti-cancer diet would contain:
(a) fiber (oat bran, wheat bran, grains).
(b) cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower).
(c) orange vegetables (carrots, squash, sweet potatoes).
(d) legumes (lentils, chickpeas, beans).
(e) fruits (apples, grapes, berries, citrus, melons).
(f) garlic, onions.
(g) beets, beet juice, beet greens.
(h) fresh vegetable juices, especially cabbage, carrot and celery.
(i) China Green or White Tea.
The above listed foods are considered cancer fighters.
A healthy anti-cancer diet WOULD NOT contain:
(a) junk foods
(b) processed foods
(c) refined foods
(d) saturated fats
(e) cured, smoked meats
(f) white bread
(g) caffeine
(h) alcohol
Some of above listed foods are considered outright carcinogenics (such
as smoked and cured meats, while others simply load the body with nutritionally
empty, unnatural substances.
