There is a lot of discussion online about Orbs, what they are, what they mean, and what their colors mean. Some experts depict Orbs as energy mass, while others dismiss them as dust or pollen particles caught in the flash of the camera. My experience has shown me that Orbs are definintely beings composed of energy which is not often visible to the naked eye, but that which becomes such in the instantaneous flash of a camera. Orbs have been photographed using most any type of camera, although I prefer digital due to its precision.
I have taken hundreds of orb photographs and have noticed that when I calm my heart and think loving, peaceful thoughts, the orbs will come to me enmasse. Please check out the Orb Calling page. Recently I had an experience that now gives me a little giggle when I think about it. We were at the Sattva Sanctuary in Trout Lake, WA at the ECETI Conference in July, 2007 and after a long evening of sky watching, we went to sleep. I was woken up by a bright flash in the window next to me. It was so bright that I thought someone was outside the motor home taking a picture of me inside. I looked outside and didn't see or hear anyone, so I laid back down. That's when I noticed a tiny, brilliant white light on the ceiling. I watched for a few moments and I saw this bright light move three times. I called to my partner to wake her up to see if she saw it and as I did, the light disappeared. I just wonder, now, if the energy beings flashed me, the way I flash them when I take their photographs ! Kind of like a 'quid pro quo." Interesting thought.
Orbs, in my belief, are light beings comprised of energy. They are beautiful, observant and curious about us. When you clear your heart and reach out your hand, Orbs will come racing to greet you. This has been proven to me time and time again.
Some orbs are brilliant white, while others are varying shades of yellow, gold, blue, green, red and white. I believe that the colors of Orbs are similar to the color of our bodily auras. Here is a list of orb colors and meanings.

Orbs are living beings. They are very curious about us, particularly our emotions and how we express ourselves. When we place ourselves in a loving, positive atmosphere, bright Orb activity is easily photographed. You can call Orbs to your space by keeping an open, loving heart and speaking the words that you mean no harm, that you do not mean to encroach into anyone's space and that you are willing to share the space you are in with them. Tell the energy beings that if they would like the world to know more about them, that you will openly share your findings with the world around you. And, so do.
Some religions believe that Orbs are Ascended Masters and I believe that this is true as well in many instances. I also feel that energy from the woodlands, desert, water, animal, mineral and plant world also take the form of Orbs. They silently observe us.
